⚠️ 2. اکاؤنٹ بین / لاگ آؤٹ کی ذمہ داری اگر آپ کا کوئی بھی سوشل میڈیا اکاؤنٹ بین (Ban) ہو جاتا ہے یا آپ کا اکاؤنٹ لاگ آؤٹ (Logout) ہو جاتا ہے تو اس کی ہم بالکل بھی ذمہ داری نہیں لیتے۔ یہ مکمل طور پر پلیٹ فارم کی پالیسیز اور آپ کے استعمال پر منحصر ہوتا ہے۔
📩 3. OTP سے متعلق پالیسی اگر کسی نمبر پر OTP آنے میں مسئلہ ہوتا ہے یا OTP delay / fail ہو جاتا ہے تو ہم اس مسئلے کو حل کرنے کی مکمل ذمہ داری لیتے ہیں اور آپ کو متبادل حل فراہم کیا جائے گا۔
💰 4. پیمنٹ اور بیلنس پالیسی اگر آپ نے Easypaisa یا کسی اور طریقے سے پیمنٹ کی اور وہ پیسے آپ کے اکاؤنٹ میں add نہیں ہوئے تو ہم اس کی مکمل ذمہ داری لیتے ہیں اور آپ کا بیلنس add کیا جائے گا۔
🔁 5. ریفنڈ پالیسی ہماری ریفنڈ پالیسی بالکل واضح ہے: اگر OTP موصول نہیں ہوتا یا سروس میں ہماری طرف سے مسئلہ ہوتا ہے تو آپ ریفنڈ حاصل کر سکتے ہیں۔ ❗ لیکن: اگر اکاؤنٹ بین ہو جائے یا لاگ آؤٹ ہو جائے تو ایسی صورت میں ریفنڈ نہیں دیا جائے گا۔
🚫 6. سروس کے استعمال کی شرائط (اہم) ہم یہ نمبر صرف بزنس اور قانونی (Legal) مقاصد کے لیے فراہم کرتے ہیں۔ اگر آپ ان نمبرز کو کسی بھی غلط، غیر قانونی یا مشکوک کام کے لیے استعمال کرتے ہیں تو اس کی ہم بالکل بھی ذمہ داری نہیں لیتے اور ایسی صورت میں: 👉 آپ خود مکمل طور پر ذمہ دار ہوں گے
📌 7. شرائط کی قبولیت سروس استعمال کرنے سے پہلے آپ کو ان شرائط کو قبول کرنا ہوگا سروس استعمال کرنے کے بعد کسی بھی شکایت کی صورت میں یہی شرائط لاگو ہوں گی
🔒 8. تبدیلی کا حق ہم کسی بھی وقت ان شرائط میں تبدیلی کر سکتے ہیں، بغیر کسی پیشگی اطلاع کے۔
