If an OTP is delayed or fails to arrive on a purchased number, we take full responsibility to resolve the issue and provide you with an alternative solution.
If you send a payment via Easypaisa or any other method and the amount is not added to your wallet, we take full responsibility to credit your balance.
All deposits are final. Once a payment has been successfully added to your wallet, it cannot be refunded.
However: if your account gets banned or logged out, no refund will be issued in that case.

تمام ڈپازٹ final ہیں۔ والٹ میں کامیابی سے شامل ہونے کے بعد کسی بھی ڈپازٹ کی رقم واپس نہیں کی جائے گی۔
لیکن: اگر اکاؤنٹ بین ہو جائے یا لاگ آؤٹ ہو جائے، تو ایسی صورت میں ریفنڈ نہیں دیا جائے گا۔

Apni Easypaisa "Transaction Successful" receipt mein ID# ke saamne wala number hi TRX ID hota hai.
1) Easypaisa app ya SMS receipt kholein jahan "Transaction Successful" likha ho.
2) Us receipt mein ID# ke saamne jo number likha hai, wahi aapki TRX ID hai (misaal neeche dekhein).
3) Wohi number copy karke is form ke TRX ID box mein paste karein.
⚠️ Apna mobile number TRX ID field mein na dalein — mobile number aur TRX ID alag cheezein hain. TRX ID sirf receipt ke "ID#" ke saamne likha number hota hai.
